A Lord Of The Flies-esque depiction of a place on the water where kids rule everything. This short film is part visual poem part musical which touches on themes of youth, memory, mental health, and more specifically forgetting. "As an ode to my late grandfather Teo who spent the last years of his life battling Alzheimer's disease, I wanted to use my memories to paint a picture of things that he had witnessed, but that his mind was unable to actively be present for" says director Devin Yuceil. This film wonderfully captures the beauty and sadness of a deep nostalgia with an idyllic backdrop of paradise on the water. A true visual delight that will touch you in the most honest of places.

The UK is experiencing a psychedelic renaissance. Young people in England and Wales are taking three times more LSD than they did five years ago, scientists at top universities are claiming hallucinogens can revolutionise how we treat mental illness and the use of magic mushrooms has been increasing by around 40 percent year on year.

Music festivals are awash with recreational trippers, but we also see how psychedelics have become a new health craze by attending a shamanic magic mushroom ceremony in which 50 people trip out in a London warehouse. Despite studies showing that psychedelics are some of the safest drugs you can take, we meet one person who spilled a bottle of acid on himself and never stopped hallucinating.

What is making this new generation of drug takers so interested in self-transformation? And as the self-help trend grows, what happens when thousands of people start trying to solve their mental health problems themselves by taking powerful hallucinogens in unregulated settings?

In Finland, two thousand unemployed people are part of an experiment that could shape the future of the West. For the next two years, the government will give them the equivalent of 660 dollars a month — for free, no strings attached. It's an idea called Universal Income and it's got a lot of politicians and economists excited, and others worried about creating a society of freeloaders.

But what does it look like? We travelled to deepest, darkest, coldest Finland to meet a father of six taking part in the experiment to see how its changed his life and speak to those who are critical of the trial.

We head to Manila, the capital of the Philippines, for this episode of Chef's Night Out. Justin Sarabia, the chef and owner of Rural Kitchen of Lilliw, Laguna, cooks food influenced by his lola's (grandmother's) cooking. Justin and friends head out for the night in Manila, beginning at Nikkei, a restaurant that serves Peruvian-Japanese cuisine, and then on to a speakeasy called Alcohol by Volume, a pregame to the one of the best parts of eating in Manila: street food. After lots of street food enjoyed with beer and gin, Justin heads back to his restaurant to cook sisig, a Filipino favorite made from pig's face. While the food in this Chef's Night Out is great, it's really the ride in Vin Diesel's Jeepney that sets it apart from the rest.
